List of arriving/departing people edit
Hello, congratulations for your new responsibilities. I wonder if you might be interested in restoring some transparency about WMF staff. I think the main thing, which happens to be also the easiest to fix, is an official update of who left or arrived, similar to the staff changes reports (see also discussion). If a monthly update is too expensive, quarterly or even yearly would be better than nothing.
Moreover, I know arrivals/departures are often (or most of the times?) announced internally; do you know if there is some thinking or written guidance on when to keep such announcements private, so that I can understand the current situation? --Nemo 09:23, 14 March 2016 (UTC)

Syntactically, «advocate for the Wikimedia movement, Foundation, and values» is a rather weird coordination, which makes the sentence hard to understand. Maybe it selects for people who understand it was written as a piece of code rather than an English sentence, so it stands for "Wikimedia {movement, Foundation, values}". :-)
There is some inconsistency in the usage of terms: "contributors, and readers" but then "users, contributors" (both can simply replaced by "users", unless you are using "users" with some special meaning). (There's also an apparent false dichotomy later which is very web 1.0, "content-building communities" vs. "readers".)
More seriously, can you clarify what "revenue growth" means in this context?
