Hi Ikescs! Great to see you working on the newsletter. The final step, once the translations are completed, is to split into eight neatly-formatted html pages and migrate it by hand to the wikimediafoundation site.

The person who has the responsible to synch the version, check if every translation is done, copyedit the final version, seek a proofreader and so on. Shortly the person who decide if the translation is finished or not.
