Hi there. I wanted to ask why exactly did you block OdellKonig967 on Kashmiri wiktionary? Not that I'm complaining, but I'm genuinely curious how you deduced it was a spambot. I can't see any contributions globally from that account. Is it a sockpuppet?

• [5] DrKay was blocked on Wikipedia six times and for three times involved edit warring on Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, Wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middleton and Trinity College, Cambridge (for suspected reasons)
• [6] DrKay caught abusing Jonesey95 on Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents

SRP is a page for wikis to record their requests for rights. Stewards then check that the request fits the criteria for their assignation and they are undertaken. Useless subpage
