Hi Ayacop, you can't assign a request yet because they haven't been entered in the bug tracker. When they are entered, I will put the link at the top of each request's wiki page and also write to the mailing list to announce that it is officially open. Rather than on the wiki page, the right place to "claim" requests is on their JIRA page. I did that for you for this one, at here, but you will need to create a JIRA account.
