Unauthorized bot

This bot is operating automatically without any user page indicating which is its operator, and is running without community approval. This is against the bot policy. I'm blocking the bot until the issues are resolved. Please create an userpage for the bot ({{bot}} avalaible) and ask for a bot flag at Meta:Requests for adminship (requests for bot status section).
