Formation of Wikimedia Community User Group Malaysia

Hi Ammarah Khalid,

I'm User:Chongkian (mostly active in Wikipedia or Wikimedia Commons, not in Meta) who has made several Wikipedia Malaysia meetups around Malaysia and get into contacts with some editors from Malaysia. Now we've come to a stage to officially form the Wikimedia Community User Group Malaysia. I saw you've created this Meta page for Wikipedia Malaysia. And how is the works so far in officially creating the user group? I saw you've been active in WLM Malaysia 2015 and 2016. Maybe we can collaborate to make establish this Malaysia user group? Or if you want to focus on WLM Malaysia only, then I can take care of this user group thing, in which of course you & your projects will be involved here.
