Yes, and my support was just to state community approval, as moste english readers (from meta) won't understand the discussion around the approval of this bot: we had 3 users populating recentchanges for some days while creating "city" articles, which difficults monitoring of other non-automatic articles. Fred Chess Bot

Request bot-flag on Swedish Wikipedia, ("sv"). See the bot's discussion page. See also sv:Wikipediadiskussion:Robotar. Requests have also been made on local burocrats such as sv:Användardiskussion:RomanNose#Ansökan_om_Bot-status, who told us he could not do it, and directed us here.

Hello, I would like to ask if a program I wrote in C# and it is simple Windows application which does some automated tasks, if it IS a bot. For example on sk.wiktionary.org I used it to generate the pages for letters in Slovak alphabet, as it is something easy to generate with program.

But i have another purposes on it, for example imagine you have a wiktionary article on some word. Let it be 'word'. Somebody has written article about 'word', what does it mean, etymology and stuff and also has written for example 10 translations of word 'word'. It will create 10 'red' links. My program would go through that page and look for translations (like 'mot' in french or 'slovo' in slovak and will find that red links (for unexisting pages 'mot' and 'slovo' etc.) and craete simple pages that specify what language is that word from ('mot'->french, 'slovo'->slovak) and link back to original article 'word'.

This process won't be automatical, because the user of the program (me) will need to specify where to look for pages like this ('word'). So is this bot or not?

This could be called a bot, but this really isn't the question here. Accounts which need a bot flag are these, which are making more then 1 edit per every, for example, 30 seconds. What is your problem with my robot? Last night YOU blocked my robot without even trying to contact me in advance and without even trying to contact me afterwards. The summary of the block was: "unintroduced robot". Although the robot has been turned off you did not answer to my request to unblock my IP. So at the moment my IP is still blocked at PT without any reason. From somewhere else I introduced the robot in your village pump. It's normal to do that together with the bot flag request on meta. After that YOU personally 'disapproved' my robot. At other Wikipedias the community may decide thing like that, but at PT it seems that you decide it on your own. And then, the only reason you gave for your disapproval: "Disapprove. Deliver warnfiles at WP:CR. We have already an NL bot running with the flag set." How can that possibly be a reason? I am and IA.wikipedia user (and moderator) as well. If I introduce myself as an IA user with a robot it would be OK??? Like a steward said today in your village pump, that's completely nonsense.
