Hi,

I am an admin here, but I cannot edit Central Notice banners. Occasionally there are problems with Hebrew translation or right-to-left issues with banners, for example MediaWiki talk:Centralnotice-template-ArchiveMarathonIL18. I have the knowledge to fix these problems, but I don't have the permission. It would be nice to have it. I promise to be careful and responsible, of course.
