Add Structured data during file upload with Upload Wizard
Problem: When uploading a new file we fill form with separate fields for author, date, coordinates, license, etc. Than that date is converted to Wikitext using Template:Information and several other templates, which then might be than parsed by various bots to populate SDC fields. A better solution would be to populate those SDC fields at the upload time.
Who would benefit: projects using the images, and especially the ones that rely on SDC fields.
Proposed solution: Many SDC properties should be added to the file during upload process with Upload Wizard. WE might want to have a flag to skip SDC update, for example when user uploads a file with intention to change the metadata latter
Support We should cater for cases where the uploader is stating "own work", and can tell us that they are the subject of a Wikidata item; or that the work is that of a third party who is the subject of a Wikidata item.
