The Wikimedia Conference 2018 will take place at the Mercure Hotel Berlin Tempelhof Airport. A high number of hotel rooms, which are conveniently located on the levels above the conference venue, have been reserved for the conference participants. All rooms include Wifi, breakfast and have their own bathroom.

Depending on the participants’ group (see further information here) the booking process varies. Please check the section travel and hotel booking information.

Check-in and check-out

For all conference participants the earliest arrival date is Thursday, April 19, latest departure date is Monday, April 23, 2018. Further rooms as of Tuesday, April 17, have been reserved for the participants of the pre-conference workshops. The check-in time starts at 3 p.m. and check-out is until 12 p.m.
