Quiero colaborar pero no me dejan

Hola Virum Mundi, tu me hablastes en wikipedia que mejor colaboro en indice de democracia en vez de intervenir ¿verdad?, pues ya quiero colaborar, tengo información acerca de los países faltantes, pero Ruy me bloqueó la IP de la Wiki por 6 meses, así es, un semestre, eso significa que no podré editar hasta Abril, porque como vió que usaba esta IP de una cuenta bloqueada, bloqueó esta también, siento haber vandalizado 2 veces esa tabla, prometo no hacer eso de nuevo, y completar la tabla, pero, ¿es vandalismo delatar a un usuario bloqueado?, si lo es, pido disculpas por agregar la plantilla titiritero:confirmado=si en el usuario bloqueado SeroBOT****, pero dile a Ruy que me perdone desbloqueando la cuenta bloqueada, porque quiero colaborar pero la bloqueó para siempre (y no estoy de acuerdo de que sea para siempre, mejor que fuera unas semanas o meses, pero no para siempre), además Ontzak borró la solicitud de desbloqueo después de que Ruy cambiara la configuración de editar mi propia página de discusión 131.108.168.156 16:54, 24 October 2022 (UTC)

Ukraine's Cultural Diplomacy Month 2023: Invitation

Dear Wikipedian!

After two successful campaigns, Wikimedia Ukraine, in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and Ukrainian Institute, decided to launch "Ukraine's Cultural Diplomacy Month" in the year 2023, which will last from 1st until 31st March. The campaign is dedicated to famous Ukrainian artists of cinema, music, literature, architecture, design, and cultural phenomena of Ukraine that are now part of world heritage.

I would like to invite you to participate once again in this writing challenge! We have revised the suggested articles and announced new prizes for contestants to motivate fruitful contributions from participants. I hope to see you on board soon!
