Introduction to Calculus quizEdit
Thank you for solving the quiz on precalculus! I was wondering if you could move the answers to a seperate page so people could take the quiz, and then see if they got correct answers? Indeed123 20:05, 18 November 2006 (UTC)
Hello. I see you have voted against my candidacy as a steward. I respect your vote and I don't intend to make your change it. Though, it would really help me to know your reasons, so as to work on what you think I have done wrong (I don't remember meeting you before). It would be great if you could comment your opinion. Thanks a lot. guillom 07:32, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
Hi. On Meta we don't need as much bureaucratic steps for something like this, given the nature of the website and that of its community. Since that account had been created in 2005 and never used, I've gone ahead and granted the usurpation immediately. In the odd chance that the owner appears and decides to act on it, we would need to accomodate him, but that's rather unlikely to happen on Meta. See the logs for the name I used to rename the usurped account. Cheers, Redux 13:14, 12 February 2007 (UTC)

Translator, We need you!Edit
You have helped us in previous years with translations and for that we are most grateful. Now we turn towards the 2011/12 fundraiser. It may seem forever away, but work has already begun getting everything ready to go. This year we want to have landing pages covering as many countries in as many languages as possible.
Right now, we want to figure out who is interested in translating for the fundraiser. This year we're hoping to have more of a solidified "core" group of translators that we can count on to have work done by a few key dates, but we'd also welcome help from people who are willing to just help out when they can.
If you would be interested please take a look at this little sign-up survey and fill it out http://survey.wikimedia.org/index.php?sid=13638&newtest=Y&lang=en. With that we can start building a list of people and filling any gaps in the languages we serve.
Hi Shyam, just wanted to let you know that I have added the autopatroll right to your account, as you are a trustworthy user. This feature will have no effect on your editing, and is simply intended to reduce the workload on new page patrollers. For more information on the patroller right, see Meta:Autopatrollers. Feel free to leave me a message if you have any questions. Happy editing! Ruy Pugliesi◥ 21:56, 20 August 2011 (UTC)
