My recommendation

I recommend you to esteem tranquilty, friendliness and civility rather expression of your anger to other volunteers. Please note we are unpaid volunteers and no one is waiting for your request in a minute. Your incivility doesn't look productive, and I am afraid you haven't learn it yet even after you were pointed out. Also I don't feel at ease your demanding tone on English Wikiquote. You would have been better to visit the website to see the result, not demanded English Wikiquote admin to visit your favorite project.

Also I am sorry you seems not to hear me and ignore my previous recommendation to take patience for your request on the Japanese Wikipedia. Now you brought it up to meta again, and behave without patience.

CheckUser

Maybe look at that edit again. It is not necessary to be an admin to be a checkuser (& at least one wiki I know has a non admin CU). Equally I am sure someone told me once that there is no need to be an admin to become a 'crat - more a case of it is never likely to happen! I don't think I will - I wouldn't consider it vital and this is Meta. On Commons there is a CU without admin rights (although I find it a little odd!) and I think the odds of someone becoming a 'crat without being an admin are so small that it is not important. Hello, Edmundwoods. There is a misunderstanding here. Pywikipedia is applicable to all projects using the mediawiki engine, hence "mediawiki projects"; it is not limited to wikimedia projects. See, for example, the link Pywikipedia bot on non-Wikimedia projects. I am sorry that I had not a chance to explain this when I used popup to revert your edit. Thanks. 1) No. MediaWiki is only one of the wiki engines. There are also the original wiki: and the Use-mod-wiki meatball: which are very different. As I know it, Pywikipedia works only for mediwiki sites.
