Delivery edit
I see a new issue of Wikidata went out earlier today but I didn't receive a copy on my Talk Page. Is it delivered over the course of a few hours? Liz (talk) 00:37, 3 November 2013 (UTC)

- I previously received issues so that is not the problem. Will they try sending it out again or should I cut and paste the notice from someone else's Talk Page? It seems odd that the bot would interrupt one delivery to handle a different one. Liz (talk) 17:14, 3 November 2013 (UTC)

Delivery to Wikimedia Commons edit
I'd like to have the newsletter delivered to my userpage on my home wiki, namely Commons. Is that possible? An entry of the form # {{target | user = MichaelMaggs| site = Commons.wikimedia.org}} generates an error message. --MichaelMaggs (talk) 14:03, 21 April 2014 (UTC)

Multilingual distribution edit
Is it possible to make the newsletter translatable and then distributed to wikis in their content language? The same way as it's done with Tech news. Wikidata community is multilingual and both it and meta-wiki has a number of users with translation experience so translations are highly expected. I think it would be lovely for most of the users to see the news in native language instead of English. --Base (talk) 19:37, 21 June 2014 (UTC)

- Sure volunteers :) Who else. Tech news usually is being translated to about 10 languages every week (e.g. tomorrow's issue). Some of TN translators will help with WD newsletter too I suppose, and also Wikidata has quite a big multilingual community in which, I believe, some translators would be found :) --Base (talk) 10:07, 22 June 2014 (UTC)

Trialling. For the next 6 summaries (including the one coming out in a few moments), summaries will be translatable at Wikidata. There is a note about this in the summary so please find contributors and tell them :) John F. Lewis (talk) 13:22, 22 June 2014 (UTC)

This is now being tested by the Education Newsletter team, in addition to Tech News. Request to Translations Admins edit
