Hoi, I am a Meta-Wiki sysop for few months, and one of the most active sysops in last six months. I am bot operator, operating global inter-wiki bot WikitanvirBot, and local bot WikitanvirBot I. I am familiar with the bureaucrat works from my steward work. Additionally, I am a bureaucrat in chapter wiki bd.wikimedia.org. Meta could be run with one administrator, but having more users volunteering for both admin and crat isn't a bad thing in my opinion. All that bureaucrats can do is check a few boxes and rename users anyways, so while we might not need as many as we have, it really doesn't hurt anything and makes rename requests go by really quickly.
