Hi Nirmal Dulal. Thank you for this request and all the effort put into organizing the different activities. It sounds like the plan is a great combination of in-person editathons as well as an online writing contest. In the past we have inconsistently applied our guidelines around awarding cash prizes. Going forward we will not be supporting cash prizes. Prizes can be can be gift certificates, books, photo equipment, etc. Please update the proposal and we can approve. Hi Alex, Thank you for the confirmation. I've just corrected the cash prize as T-Shirt and gift hampers. Additionally, we've finalized to collaborate the Women Edit-a-thon program with Maithili Wikimedians and Doteli Wikimedians with additional outreach sessions under same grant. So, please consider a little change in total budget. Thank you - Nirmal Dulal (talk) 11:04, 2 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
