About me

I come to Wikimedia with a passion for achieving social impact through strategic grantmaking. Before joining Wikimedia, I worked with foundations focused on supporting sustainable energy policy in China, India, and Europe, enhancing organizational effectiveness and providing programmatic guidance. I enjoy working with teams across the globe to develop strategy, share best practices, and enhance communications. I see my role, both past and present, as supporting the great work of amazing folks around the world. I have spent significant time living and working abroad, including extensive stints in China, India, and Indonesia, and completed a one-year ethnomusicology research fellowship along the Silk Road. I love photography and find inspiration in the natural world.

My work

As a Program Officer helping to manage Project Grants, Rapid Grants, and Conference & Event Grants, I work in coordination with volunteer-led grants committees to effectively allocate movement funds and to help grantees design, execute, and measure the effectiveness of their projects.
