The collected pictures will be uploaded on Commons and will be used to improve articles related to Burundi under transportation on Wikimedia project.

We will use social media, print papers to advertise the contest of Wikimedia loves Africa 2020 around the country and mostly in universities.

We will hold monthly "Editathons" where we will re-use uploaded photos to illustrate and improve existing articles or to create new ones.

  •   Support. I am very happy to see you join !!!! I might say that you may be overly optimistic about the number of pictures (500+). Be aware that it is better to have fewer images of good quality than many images of low quality. Typically avoid 20 shots of the same scene just to increase numbers is not such a good idea. Just my thinking. Also, if you can afford it budget-wise, and if technically feasible... consider a roll-up banner for the group. Make it "as not-time dependent" as you can, so that you can reuse it in other circonstances. Anthere (talk)
