What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - This is a promotional banner to a contest on Czech Wikipedia. The third iteration of this contest (1st: 2018, 2nd: 2019) is again taking place in January. The goal of the contest is to write new articles about cultural monuments in the Czech Republic. 150+ were written in 2018 and 600+ in 2019.
