We are committed to providing authentic Indian food during the event. You can choose you preferred meal while registering for the conference.

Accommodation edit

We have booked accommodation at Chandigarh University (15 KM from the venue) with four-sharing capacity and common washrooms. Transportation from and to the venue will be taken care of with Buses.

If you would like to stay in a hotel, then you can stay in any hotel in Mohali. Almost all of them are around 10 KM from the venue.

Casba Retreat is just 2.2 KM from the venue.
Hotel Mirage Mohali is around 7 KM from the venue.

Weather edit

Meteorology Department predicts rain during the conference days. We advice you to bring your raincoats and umbrellas before coming to the conference.
