<Mr. B was entrusted with the responsibility of taking the Company to new heights and create a niche for India in the manufacturing segment and indeed the sales soared new heights, with more than 12 lakhs vehicles plying the road in 2010-11, commanding the market share of more than 45%, with other competitors barely near, but little he knew about the expectations, demands, the desire for recognition and the simmering of the labour at the lower end of the hierarchy which turned out to be a major blow for his prospects, killing a company official and injuring 100 managers, including two Japanese expatriates>
