Re rights requests

Hi. To note that I have given some instruction at User talk:Greenman about the discussion and how to progress. Global sysops is not the right tool for the task(s) identified, that role is purposefully restricted; if anything they would be local admin tasks, and partly that is to encourage people to step up to be admins.  — billinghurst sDrewth 02:47, 25 April 2020 (UTC)
