Hello and welcome

I seem to have the privilege of welcoming you to your talk page - welcome. I gather from Wikimedia_Foundation_Engineering_reorganization_FAQ#What_will_the_Community_Tech_team_do? that you are incubating the Community Tech team. Currently the only page under that heading seems to be Community Tech project ideas. It would be nice to advertise that team and how it plans to go about its work more widely: in the meantime, please take a look at Talk:Community Tech project ideas and possibly answer some of the questions under Talk:Community Tech project ideas#Process questions. There is no good reason for the absence of any response or acknowledgement from you or a deputy. I deduce that that there is no intention that the Community Tech project should achieve anything beyond the appearance of action. Didcot power station (talk) 17:49, 17 June 2015 (UTC)
