edit

Dear @Rose ugwoke,

I'm thrilled to share some exciting news! The Wikimedia Foundation has approved our grant proposal to conduct research on Oral Culture and African History representation on Wikipedia.

We're incredibly excited about the potential of this project to enhance Wikipedia's coverage of African history and to explore innovative ways to incorporate oral traditions into the platform.

Your expertise and passion for Wikimedia are invaluable to us and we appreciate the offer of your skills, experience and time towards the project.

We'll be hosting an office hour soon as we’re eager to discuss more about the project and potential areas of collaboration. Are there specific aspects of the project that pique your interest? Perhaps you have expertise in oral history, historical research, or Wikimedia platform development?

Please put these together as we’ll welcome your input and ideas on how you can contribute to this exciting endeavor. Please feel free to share your thoughts and suggestions during the office hour.

More details about this office hour will be shared with you once scheduled.

We look forward to working with you! Tochiprecious (talk) 07:31, 9 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
