Request reason: Was trying to create a message about cross-wiki promotional edits and got automatically blocked. The article is Reza Homaminia, which was created in eight Wikipedias and Wikidata by IPs that geolocates to the same area of Iran. This person is clearly not notable. Re filter. Apologies about that you hit one of our LTA traps. If you get some edits up here you will be clear of the filter. Don't have time to track down now where the issue lies.
