I don't speak uk so I can't judge, but for dewikt, 10 edits are hardly that constructive and most of the edits aren't even recent. Which admin takes care of the request is not in your choice. German isn't the best language to request unblocking, most of our admins don't speak German. You don't provide good reasons to get unblocked, so not done.
