Question regarding steward clerks

Hi, Amanda. I had a question regarding Steward clerks § Role and responsibilities; it states that "Each ticket must be reviewed by a steward prior to being sent to the proxy queue". Do clerks automatically have access to the stewards' VRTS tickets or do they have to be referred to the clerks by a steward as well? Sdrqaz (talk) 03:58, 17 November 2024 (UTC)Reply

@Sdrqaz the steward clerks only have access to one sub-queue stewards::stewards-proxy; when tickets come in (to the main stewards queue) we stewards first triage and sort them, tickets about proxy issues are sorted there where the clerks can work on them. — xaosflux Talk 05:25, 17 November 2024 (UTC)Reply
