@Billinghurst: sorry for disturbing you again, but as I see you are the author (or at least a last editor) of above-mentioned abuse filter rule, so to not repeat the 'fate' of repetitive same filter rule block I experienced here I have to ask you how to avoid further blocking by same abuse filter rule.

That's not about translation (I have some experience to not to ask it about frequently) and need to be posted exactly to that user talk page. How to post same message to the same page without blocking by same filter rule? I don't ask you the filter rule logic I just ask you to suggest how to post my message exactly there. Have I divide it to less-sized edits (that case: what size is still 'valid' from view of above-mentioned filter abuse rule to not to block me again) or what?

Meta admins cannot help you with ukWP issues, no point in bringing such off-topic issues to that forum. If you edit from an IP address then you are seen as a new user on every occasion, and when you edit on certain pages where xwiki LTAs are active unfortunately you will hit some of these filters, so one of the ways to get out of the danger area is to edit from an account and build a history. If you have an issue to resolve, keep it simple, don't fill it with a whole lot of irrelevant diffs, and off-topic matter.  — billinghurst sDrewth 22:52, 30 April 2021 (UTC)

@Billinghurst: Good you read it (my last message to Meta:Requests for help from a sysop or bureaucrat#Special:AbuseFilter/51 that was not posted beacuse of Abuse filter false-positive reaction). Please give opportunity for other local sysops to read it too.

I'm not asking meta-admins me to help there I ask them to let me post on META my initial brief message told about here that was somewhy (as there's 3 phrases only) affected by abuse filter. All that 'long message' I tried to post to Meta:Requests for help from a sysop or bureaucrat, that was affected by next abuse filter rule, is just a clarification for Xaosflux doubts about is it (my brief - 3-phrases long - initial message) worth to be posted to Board.

Filter you edited affecting me with another problem - request for help from META-sysop about LOCAL (META) block that is result of unapproved harrassment @ UKwiki that poured out from there to here with UKwiki (as his home-wiki) steward who used his global privileges to harrass me here 'just like that' wuthout any reasons, how they (WMUA members) used to behave at their home wiki I consider inappropriate to be used as here. THat's why I trying to post a message to local sysop user talk page.

Both posts DOES NOT directed for local meta-sysops to help me with (by your words) 'ukWP issues' but exactly on 2 different local (meta-wiki) initial issues - unapproved 3-month LOCAL block contest and unavailability to make LOCALLY a brief post to the Board way it's told at official board-related pages for external use. So please just help me posting messages [where I descripted a problems] I trying to do already 12 hours in a raw. If you are blocked by a steward and your are IP-jumping to avoid a block, that is not a good idea. Address your issue to the steward, and stop admin shopping. That is a bad plan.  — billinghurst sDrewth 22:57, 30 April 2021 (UTC)

Haha, am I in army now (to stop or continue jumping when someone said)? What the way to contest the unapproved block that made me unavailable to even post template:unblock on my own talk page? If there would exist a way to contest a block WITHOUT such jumping I would use it. But it does not exist.

Also - the steward blocked me is conflict-involved person (that's being approved with his previous actions directed on me exactly here) - what a sense to "address my issue" to person who's in conflict with me and used his power to harrass me? Bad advice, you know.

Block was done locally (not globally for reporting it exactly to stewards team) so the issue have to be addressed exactly to the local (meta) sysops, Xaosflux agreed with.

Best you can do as sysop - to help me post 2 different messages to appropriate pages (or one initial and brief to the Board). Please, do it. Or tell me how to do it myself without blocking by any of Abuse filter rule.

Also please do not give advices to do actions impossible (and ineffective by obvious reasons) to be done. That's a really bad advice.
