Vakfın amacı nedir?

In what language is this section in, and how am I supposed to translate it? I only know English and my native language into which I desire to translate this.

I tried looking in the English translation, but found it redirected to the source text, which also contains this paragraph in the same unidentifiable language.

Thank you for noticing us that, I suppose it would be Turkish and was submitted by mistake instead of Translation requests/WMF/About Wikimedia/tr. The original version is now retrieved. --Aphaia 04:47, 22 June 2007 (UTC)

Better to create newly?

The page was named "About Wikipedia" some years ago. Now it is named "FAQ" or somewhat, but no "About Wikimedia" anymore. Better to create a new page rather than continue to use it (and reopen this)? --Aphaia 02:02, 16 October 2008 (UTC)
