Using a version of another language

I have uploaded to Commons a version of the image shown in the page in Arabic. How to use it in the translated page instead of the English version? Haytham^Abulela 03:57, 17 January 2018 (UTC)

@Haytham abulela:

• In-wiki - just create file with name "VisualEditor_read_edit_source_edit_view_history_ar.png" (langcode after space; in the lowercace!). Your file File:VisualEditor read edit source edit view history ar.png was renamed and should be visible now.
• In the dashboard this is cause a problem, see phab:T180101#3930556.
