Bug in graphs for zh and ja?

edit

Why are those graphs for both zh and ja not identical with other language versions? ----Omotecho (talk) 20:00, 30 June 2017 (UTC) Nor Arabic? ----Omotecho (talk) 20:03, 30 June 2017 (UTC)Reply

@Danny B., Quiddity (WMF), Ricordisamoa, TheDJ, and Yurik (WMF):@Ferdbold, JGirault (WMF), Base, Jay8g, and Fbstj:@RYasmeen (WMF): I also found this problem that in 3 translations that mentioned above, all graphs are showing 100% for all items. Is there any Phabricator tasks for this panorama available? --Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 09:48, 10 July 2017 (UTC)Reply
The zh charts were using localized commas while Template:Graph:Chart seems to only support Latin commas. I think they are fixed now, native speakers should have a look at ar and ja too. Should we use a separate translation unit for each label? --Ricordisamoa 10:33, 10 July 2017 (UTC)Reply
I've fixed the ja and ar. Thank you all for noticing/diagnosing.
I've added a quick note to 1 of the documentation pages, but I haven't marked that revision for translation, in case you have better ways to phrase that, or better places to locate it. Quiddity (WMF) (talk) 16:26, 10 July 2017 (UTC)Reply
Thank you, Quiddity (WMF), hi, everyone, sorry I didn't see it was a CSV, so went back and checked off my revert. For the documentation, I will read later as I wish to solve the issue here: As you see in ja, it displays poorly, or due to byte length it clumped up unreadably on mobile. Ideally, could you arrange them something like below, or break longer clause into two/more? Though I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not.

@Omotecho: I tried adding a <br> but it didn't work.
Instead, I've just increased the width of the graphs, which fixes the problem for this case. Thanks again. Quiddity (WMF) (talk) 21:51, 10 July 2017 (UTC)Reply
Quiddity (WMF) Your fix is very appreciated, and hat off for changing width. I added translations to graph titles; "Group conversation", "Participating groups" and "Region", updated labels in those graphs. Thank you indeed, and grateful we have your team.
