Merge or not

Both this request and Requests for new languages/Wikipedia Mongolian written in Mongolian script are now pointing to incubator:Wp/mvf, so both in theory should be merged, however I'd love to wait for a consensus on it. --Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 12:06, 1 September 2017 (UTC)
