- The community needs to develop an active test project; it must remain active until approval (automated statistics, recent changes). It is generally considered active if the analysis lists at least three active, not-grayed-out editors listed in the sections for the previous few months.
- The community needs to complete required MediaWiki interface translations in that language (about localization, translatewiki, check completion).
- The community needs to discuss and complete the settings table below:

Hello, as far as I've checked, there's only 6 submitted change requests in the last year, I don't know whether your friend is indeed submitted a request including something regarding "Dobrujan Tatar", but as far as I've checked, there's no e-mail in the last year we've got about requesting this. As explained again and again to every inquiries, only few requests are indeed submitted in 2023, and even for such "few requests", they were hold up for processing due to revision of ISO 639 main standard then. Maybe you can ask your friend to re-submit it by filling our new Google Form? URL: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeMh0ThLA64kxccJG9QXSXa2Q1-I2EPZ_gnXD7ptOuPIbfBCg/viewform

- @Liuxinyu970226 I did contact with Janell Nordmoe from SIL last year for language code, even I did send a Swadesh list. Now I did write to them and asked about it. The answer was:
“

I have your request and will be in contact soon regarding its review. Thank you for bearing with us as it has been an extraordinary year.
