Please add new information or requests related to an existing subpage, to that subpage, not here.

Please keep comment on subpages relevant to the specific request. When there is a consensus or clear recommendation for action, that will be noticed here for an opportunity for overall review, then taken up to the top RfC page as a request for action, if appropriate.

This is not a fast process. Individual request pages will be clerked to show notification of involved users or notice of discussion on ps.wiki. Requests will not be presented for action until involved users have had an opportunity to respond. If there are any problems with this, contact a coordinator for this RfC, such as myself.
