2021年QW

维基百科2021年QW用户组工作日的目的是发展维基内部的LGBT+用户组组织、结构和运营。我们将在工作日留出时间为维基百科同志制定2022年会议的计划（由于COVID19的旅行限制，2020年和2021年会议均延迟）。

用户组工作日通过zoom软件于2021 年 5 月 14 日至 16 日，14：00 UTC-17：30 UTC在线进行。

报名

Wikimedia Austria ran the registration process. Participants could remain anonymous apart from those with administrative roles in the event. No private information is retained or shared with non-WMAT employees and will be deleted once the working days event is complete.

日程

Queering Wikipedia 2021 took place on May 14–16, at 14:00 UTC – 17:30 UTC

工作日分为3个日历日。每天的焦点是：

• User group development over the last decade. Role in the Wikimedia movement such as the UCoC and Global Council. Expectations for "membership" and decision-making.
• 设定目标并识别问题。就决策过程达成一致。改善领导结构，如何任命或选举代表。
• 规划未来12个月和2022年QW。评估和学习。

英语为工作语言，同声传译为西班牙语。

活动结束后，工作日的文档输出将按要求翻译成更多语言。

主辦團隊

组织的过程中有多人参加过2020和2021年的筹备工作。随着活动重点和范围的缩小，QW 2021协调理事会由2月下旬的少数新贡献者组成，在4月移至5月进行活动。
