Patrolman Candidate

edit
Hi, currently Wikimedia's patrol force is quite thin. So I'm also boldly running for Patrolman permission to patrol new pages, edit recent changes, and quickly revert malicious changes with rollback. I don't promise anything. I will instead take action based on my contributions on wikimedia. Sincerely thank you. MTRIProd (talk)

Declined you have eleven edits on Meta, no significant experience on other projects, and certainly didn't read Meta:Patrollers, otherwise you would have known that RFH is the place to request patroller rights. You can help fighting vandalism without patroller rights, please do not request again before you've got more experience. Johannnes89 (talk) 15:33, 16 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

Inactivity removal?

edit

In light of current removal requests because of inactivity, I am wondering about the sense of the inactivity policy. Is it really necessary for such a low-risk group? --MF-W 07:27, 15 July 2023 (UTC)Reply

Another one came up and I don't think we need an inactivity policy for this. Certainly I would be happy to re-grant the permission to any former patroller. – Ajraddatz (talk) 23:19, 30 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
Agreed. It seems a bit overkill for a low-risk group. SHB2000 (tc) 01:14, 31 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
Return to the project page "Patrollers".
