I'm requesting adminship here on meta. I'm currently a temporary admin for the purpose of the Newsletter. Since it'll come four times a year, I'd rather not be obliged to ask for the admin status every time. Because I'm in charge of the design, only this status allows me to upload and delete pictures and logos conveniently as I'm making tests. Of course, once appointed, if so, I'll contribute to the regular duties on meta, including getting rid of obvious vandalism. For the rest of it, I'm French, admin of FR and quite active there, as a contributor but also in livening up the French community and the foundation of the French chapter (I wrote the current draft bylaws).
