FrancoGG

.anaconda offered to nominate Franco to be an admin the other day, but seems to be away, so I'll do the honours: FrancoGG is a long term Wikimedian, originally from Spanish Wikipedia, where he's an admin and bureaucrat. He's also a Commons admin, and I nominated him to be one on Simple English Wikipedia. He's tagging lots of pages to be deleted, and reverting lots of vandals. He can definitely be trusted with the tools. He's also regularly available on IRC, and is easily contactable and approachable. He'll be an excellent addition.
