As I've been suggested and encouraged several times in past by various people, I would like to request the regular adminship. I've already had such rights granted temporarily several times in past (either directly or per my requests) for help with the central notice system, which I would like to help with again (the upcoming fundraising campaign is just round the corner). Since I do mostly technical and statistics/datamining edits (for instance now I'm working on the tool to regularly update www templates), which mostly involve protected pages, it would be handy for me to be able to edit them as well. Thank you.
