Another dreaded self-nom, I'm afraid :) I'm User:Alison, which is my account name on SUL. I'm a sysop, checkuser and oversight on the English Wikipedia, sysop on Wikimedia Commons as well as on a number of small wikis.

I would love to help out with day-to-day admin issues here on Meta and having the ability to block abusive IP addresses which have been involved in cross-wiki issues would be invaluable here. I'm an active member of the interwiki checkuser community and tend to be involved in cross-wiki issues related to vandalism. I'm on-line and available for a large portion of the day and am easily contactable via email, IRC and Skype. I'm also involved in multilingual work, being a contributor to Betawiki, and am fluent in English, the Irish language, and have workable French.

Per requirements, I've well over 100 edits here under this account and my pre-SUL name, User:Ali-oops. Oh, and my interwiki matrix is available here, thanks to Kylu :)

- Well 5 are elected, the rest are not. Though all 5 are pretty active, it may be helpful in your cross wiki activities to have checkuser at some point.
