I'm working for the German Wikimedia chapter in order to implement the German editor survey (see CentralNotice/Calendar) and later the 15 years German Wikipedia campaign (tbd, probably early March 2016). With my volunteer account (User:DerHexer) I have access to CentralNotice but want to split duties.
