Radna grupa za razvoj liderstva
1. Kraći rezime
Tim za razvoj zajednice u Fondaciji Wikimedia predlaže podršku stvaranju globalne Radne grupe za razvoj liderstva koja će biti globalna i orijentisana na zajednicu. Svrha Radne grupe je da pruža Timu za razvoj zajednice savete u oblasti razvoja liderstva, kao i u pogledu širih inicijativa zajednice u bliskoj budućnosti, u očekivanju bilo kakvih budućih promena smera koje dolaze iz Povelje pokreta i Globalnog saveta koji se trenutno formira. Tokom februara 2022, Tim će tražiti povratne informacije o odgovornostima Radne grupe za razvoj liderstva. 2. Duži rezime
Razgovori o Strategiji pokreta odredili su razvoj liderstva kao jedan od prioriteta Pokreta. Preporuka pod nazivom Investiranje u razvoj veština i liderstva ukazuje na to da je za uspešan razvoj liderstva našem pokretu potreban globalno koordinisan napor podržan adekvatnim resursima. Postoji mnogo ideja za implementaciju razvoja liderstva, među kojima se izražava potreba za infrastrukturom.
Iako Globalni savet može definisati dugoročne pristupe ovim pitanjima, rad Tima za razvoj zajednice i rad grupa iz zajednice mogao bi imati koristi od nekih od ovih ključnih infrastrukturnih inicijativa, koje uključuju stvaranje:[1]
- Radne grupe koju vodi zajednica, a koja može da podrži definisanje, određivanje prioriteta, nadgledanje i evaluaciju inicijativa za razvoj liderstva;
- Zajedničke definicije liderstva;
- Plana razvoja liderstva;
Tim za razvoj zajednice predlaže stvaranje globalne Radne grupe za razvoj liderstva kojom rukovodi zajednica (#1). Svrha radne grupe je da Timu za razvoj zajednice pruža savete u oblasti razvoja liderstva, kao i da deli ideje i preporuke za inicijative liderstva u zajednici. Naravno, ovo je naravno u očekivanju bilo kakvih budućih promena pravca koje dolaze iz Povelje pokreta i Globalnog saveta koji se trenutno formira. Radna grupa će se prvo fokusirati na izgradnju infrastrukture, što uključuje rad sa zajednicama na definisanju liderstva (#2) i izradi plana razvoja liderstva (#3). Nakon toga, radna grupa će pružati savete o ulozi razvoja zajednice u implementaciji plana za razvoj liderstva i služiće kao vredan resurs koji se po potrebi može koristiti za aktivnosti lokalne i globalne zajednice.

May – June 2022 | Working group is announced and begins work. The group met for the first time June 2, 2022 and plans to meet weekly. You can view the members of the working group. The group will be collecting community input to ensure diverse voices are incorporated in their design and decision-making throughout the process. July – August 2022 | Working group drafted a definition of leadership and prepared for a community feedback period. They also presented their work at Wikimania 2022 and planned for participation at future conferences. You can read more details about the group's work in the Updates page. |
September – October 2022 | Working group published the draft definition of leadership and invited feedback. The feedback period was September 15 – October 6, 2022. November – December 2022 | Working group published a summary of the leadership definition feedback period and incorporated feedback into the leadership definition. They celebrated the collective effort to draft a working definition of leadership and began initial planning for the drafting of the Leadership Development Plan. |
January – February 2023 | Working group hosts a research period and collects information from community members about their roles, experiences, and learnings related to leadership. They created three surveys for three audience groups and kindly ask community members to complete the survey that best represents their movement roles. March – April 2023 | Working group drafted the Leadership Development Plan, taking into account community input from the research period. |
May 2023 – | The draft Leadership Development Plan is published! The Leadership Development Working Group (LDWG) invites feedback on the draft.
