- actual number of people present
- maybe link to the presentation (you say there was a presentation of the Wikimedia Foundation?) if there is one, and also maybe pictures of the gathering?
- In the learnings, you say you'd use more formalized vendors, can you explain why?
- Make sure you have submitted the receipts (scan/take a photo of them) to our grants administration!

Dear SitsofeOfori, thank you for taking the time to complete this report, and for sharing photos from this event. We're glad to see that despite some issues during the planning stages this celebration was an overall success, along with the unexpected turnout. We hope these new attendees will continue to engage with the community in the future!
