• We have planned the conference for Feb 9-10., which means we have less than a month from now. We need enough time to inform all the participants and make all arrangements. Our academic teaching year/semester ends in March at most colleges/institutes. We won't get participants if we delay the conference. We must conduct it before 3rd or 4th weekend of Feb at any cost.
