Hi NahidSultan and everyone from the Wikimedia Bangladesh community that helped organize Wiki Loves Monuments. Thank you for this detailed report and congrats on a very successful contest! We are very impressed with your results and the activities organized to make WLM such a success. You reached and surpassed all of your goals, had great coverage that led to increased participation, worthwhile partnerships with photography clubs, and organized a very successful writing contest to increase coverage! We are especially impressed with the percentage of photos that are already being used on the Wikimedia sites (23%)! It seems that having a narrow scope for this first WLM in Bangladesh was helpful and can be expanded in future years. The issue of quality is an important one. Perhaps next year you can organize photo tutorials (both online and offline) in partnership with the photography clubs. Congrats again on a great WLM!
