Hello FroyAgta thank you for your submission. Please note that I have moved your request to draft as we only accept applications between the 1st - 15th of each month. You're welcome to change it back to proposed on August 1st for consideration. Please let me know if you have any questions. Best regards,WJifar (WMF) (talk) 12:59, 26 July 2018 (UTC)Reply

Thank you so much WJifar for letting me know. Yes, I will change it to 'proposed' in the said application period. Again thank you very much. -FroyAgta

Questions from WMF edit

Hello FroyAgta thank you for the ping and my apologies for the delay in response. We've had a high volume of applications and it's affected our response time. I have now reviewed your proposal and I had a couple of questions on your budget:

  1. You have $747 USD allotted for your WikiTutotials but I don't understand what this money will actually be used for. Can you please clarify? Is it for renting space? Or buying food? Can you please breakdown the different budget items under there?
  2. I have a similar question for logistics. I don't understand what the $186 USD is going to be used for. Can you please explain?

I can move with next steps once I have this information. Best regards, WJifar (WMF) (talk) 22:23, 11 October 2018 (UTC)Reply

Clarifications edit

Hi WJifar, thanks for the review. Here are my clarifications to your questions. In WikiTutorials, we allocated P10,000 in every tutorial. With such budget, it includes; space rental and food for 20 participants. With regards to Logistics, we will use it for communications, meals and transportation expenses. Thanks, -FroyAgta 3:13, 12 October 2018 (UTC)

Acknowledgement of updated meeting dates edit

Hello FroyAgta, thank you for sharing the new updated dates. You don't actually need to propose new dates if you haven't signed an agreement with WMF yet. But we appreciate you letting us know the update to your project. Best regards, WJifar (WMF) (talk) 22:57, 31 October 2018 (UTC)Reply

Ask for Extension edit

We would like to ask if we can extend the period of our rapid grant to May 30, 2019? We need to extend the period of the project (if possible) to cover other topics that have not been discussed.

I hope you can permit a 1-month extension. FroyAgta (talk) 13:07, 29 April 2019 (UTC)Reply
