- Wonderful to see the work around training new contributors! I understand that the quality of the new articles was impacted by the level of experience, but still, the value of bringing in newcomers is important.
- Great to read about the launch of the four locations.
- I appreciated your attunement to the quality of enjoyment (smiles) in new contributors. As you say, it can’t be quantified, but it's so important.
- Very sad to read about the fire at La Casemate.
- I can understand the complexity of budget allocation in the midst of emergent communities and the discernment process around centralization versus independence. Chaos and indeterminacy may be a good sign of growth and aliveness, and we appreciate your efforts to learn and grow around this.
