This type of funding is the most needed to allow people with experience to go and share their knowledge, and for local contributors to have access to other organized events.

Rationale

The changes requested above are due to the fact that some local groups have been finding it difficult to spend the funds according to the initial allotted budget , that another group initially not planned (in Marseille and Montpellier) has emmerged, and that the amount asked for funding transport has been clearly underestimated in the initial grant proposal.
