今年除了照往例舉辦賽事以外，另有以下兩點改變：
- 1. 於2023年下半，推動成立以亞洲月為主軸的當地非營利組織，成立後，亞洲月將不再依賴當前由台灣分會的協助，由此新的非營利組織相關人員，獨立提出資助計畫。
- 2. 呈上，此計畫申請者預期新的非營利組織，將於明年起配合維基媒體社群補助的行事曆，提出年度社群計畫，因此今年度此份Rapid grant與往年不同，將只申請至2024年1月31日止，作為轉換期。然而這將不影響亞洲月賽事往年加上賽後統計與獎品發送的相關工作（通常進行至隔年4-5月左右），該部分所需經費將以年底欲申請的社群補助Cover。
這兩個改變主要用於解決亞洲月用戶組成立之後，因為一些人事變動的因素，所遭遇到自行治理瓶頸的問題。

1. 於2023年9月開始建立亞洲月賽事頁面並進行宣傳
- 2. 於10月積極宣傳亞洲月，並建立賽事相關引導與說明教材
- 3. 於11-12月舉辦與監督亞洲月賽事。
- 4. 同時間，與台灣政府申請成立新的NGO，並逐步建立能獨立自治的亞洲月社群，協助新的亞洲月社群負責人申請社群補助。
- 5. 盡可能於10月前，完成Fountain Tool初步功能改善，若今年尚無能力，則規劃相對應的統計機制，以因應亞洲月自2022年起開始推動的新賽事規則。
