Problem: Some pages are not well-watched. It can lead to unwanted vandalism for a long time (in particular the Template and Module namespaces). Being able to tag some actions on these pages could help prevent vandalism.
Proposed solution: Add a variable to AbuseFilter the gives the number of watchers to the page. This should be the same number currently shown in Page information.
In my opinion, the variable should ideally be "Active watchers". Let's think of an article about 2012 Olympics, for example. It may have accumulated 100s of watchers in 2012, but a large number of them probably left the project by now. Once 2012 has passed, it hasn't really attracted newer watchers. So, even with a large watcher number, vandalism may pile up.
